WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The Account Supervisor position requires the ability to manage and lead the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts on one or more of our biggest global gaming AOR accounts.
The day-to-day: Earn and keep each clients’ respect and confidence as a trusted advisor bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each clients’ business – their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency Anticipate potential relationship or expectation issues, advising the Account Director in time for the agency to act proactively Assist the Account Director with the development of an annual Client Development Plan Manage fully integrated, high volume campaigns from initial client briefing through final delivery Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff members assigned to client projects Encourage and demonstrate unity behind team and agency decision-making Effectively incorporate senior leadership from account management as well as other departments as project objectives or issues warrant WHAT WE’LL (FOR SURE) BRING TO THE TABLE: A super competitive salary and amazing benefits and perks package, including full medical, dental, and vision A matching 401(k) Paid maternity/paternity leave Pet insurance Monthly wellness benefits (to spend however you like on your own well-being!) Unlimited PTO and paid holidays Fully remote / WFH options A supportive, fun, and respectful team environment WHAT YOU’LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE: 4+ years of agency experience Client experience working on gaming, tech or entertainment verticals Client experience working on social campaigns is a huge plus A deep understanding of the role that strategy and digital media plays in a client’s communication mix, especially on social channels A demonstrated track record of developing large scale 360 campaign initiatives Management experience acting as a mentor to junior account team members is a plus Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written communication, and emotional intelligence Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills Solution-oriented thinker and problem-solver Experience managing budgets and interdisciplinary account teams, and vendors on large, high-volume pieces of business Superior communication skills and an ability to counsel clients’ top executive management on campaign needs So, if you’ve read this far and have that butterflies in your stomach feeling, send us your resume, we’d love to hear from you.
