Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Mott’s, Canada Dry, and Schweppes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Drive breakthrough, effective integrated campaigns for a portfolio of brands through strategic development, creative development, production, measurement, and optimization
Become a trusted advisor to our client partners and cross-functional team members
Develop persuasive POVs to help guide key decisions and drive brand growth
Advocate for our client partners throughout the campaign development process to ensure solutions are on brief and on brand
Actively work to identify creative opportunities for the agency and engage the right cross-functional teams to bring them to life
Partner with Media and Consumer Insights to ensure alignment during campaign planning, development, and optimization
Collaborate with Project Management to scope new opportunities and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Develop a deep understanding of the consumer, competitive landscape, industry trends, and business factors driving the brands
Respectfully but forcefully challenge our client partners to embrace the bold work needed to grow their lines of business

Requirements:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
A minimum of 6 years of account management experience in top tier creative organizations, including at least 3 years managing junior Account team members.
Experience driving the strategic development, creative development, and production process for integrated campaigns
A track record of delivering effective, insights-based creative work
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
A demonstrated knack for leading and inspiring cross-functional teams in the development of successful campaigns
The ability to develop trusted relationships with clients built on a shared understanding of their goals, objectives, and business needs
A strong head for business with a clear and compelling point-of-view on culture, human behavior, and future trends and opportunities
The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity, and healthy conflict
An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative
CPG and brand-side experience a plus
