Account Manager, Programmatic

Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Actively manage and help grow the level of business transacting through Private Marketplace & Programmatic Guaranteed deals
* Collaborate with Sales on all aspects of programmatic activation: account planning, execution, optimization and upsell opportunities with internal groups and support teams for key clients.
* Up-sell and renew existing campaigns/clients, with new, innovative, on-strategy ideas that focus on retention and growing business.
* Communicate directly with agencies to manage client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, approvals, and asset management in order to achieve best results and campaign success.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery of programmatic campaigns. Work with clients and internal teams to guide program implementation, and proactively troubleshoot any issues to prevent delivery and performance concerns.
* Partner with Ad Operations to roll up your sleeves and dive into bid data, identifying the source of issues and proposing solutions
* Work with our Data and Research teams to generate ideas for data offerings to bring to market
* Represent clients and the Account Management team in developing new internal processes and presenting product enhancement recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
* 4+ years of relevant professional experience in Digital Advertising, Media, or Operations
* Excellent understanding of major SSP’s, DSP, Trading Desks and Agency
* Experience using FreeWheel & SSP Platforms, and fluent in Excel
* Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
* Proven track record of client customer success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue
* Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and manage time accordingly
