We specialize in international insurance, and we are looking for a full time highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You must have at least 5 years’ account manager experience, and we prefer candidates with some college-level coursework, especially in business or math. Position entails:
Service a Commercial P&C Renewal book of business to our existing clients.
Working within our Agency Management System EPIC and INDIO to create marketing submissions, create proposals, Binders and Certificate of Insurance to name a few.
Work with clients to answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more.
This position is based out of our Los Angeles office located at 5777 W. Century Blvd., Suite 1400, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

This role will expose you to our clients, the importing/exporting industry, and the various international programs we manage. If you want to work in an environment where you are learning something new every day, this is the job for you.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will require a strong work ethic, close attention to detail, and flexibility. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work with a team or independently, and excellent computer skills. This position requires candidates to have an active CA Property & Casualty license.

The base compensation range is $70,000 – $80,000 per year, dependent on experience. Our incentive structure allows the team to earn a base salary and bonus potential. Avalon sets our team’s goals to align their efforts with corporate goals.
