Account Manager III

ADP is hiring an Account Manager lll In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP product expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges.

You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.Your main day to day activity will be to help clients with a host of different tax credits, including the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, the Employee Retention Tax Credit, and other federal and state credits.

You will access their eligibility for these credits, answer any questions that they have and help deliver them to the client.

There will be no shortage of new questions and your day to day will be new and interesting.

To thrive in this role, you will build a rapport with your clients, establish trust, and deliver a client’s credits in a fast-paced environment.

Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on.

As a result, your client’s excitement with their newly found credit and their satisfaction will make you proud.

You will help our clients manage their business, which includes explaining and detailing the client’s credit potential.

Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.Learn.

You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on different tax credits, other ADP product offerings, and federal and state guidelines to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.Teach: You Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices and training on ADP solutions.

You will share your knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and SpecialistsTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: At least 7 years of experience in a customer service environment, with proven ability to produce positive resultsAt least 5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organizationBachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
