System1 is looking for a self-motivated individual to help grow one of the largest mapping apps in the world: MapQuest.

Our Enterprise Account Manager works closely with our largest and most strategic B2B partners to ensure their business goals are met or exceeded, and maintains a high level of support and guidance in creating the best possible mapping/navigation experience.
This role is partner-facing, and highly collaborative in nature.
The successful candidate doesn’t shy away from raising questions and tackling new challenges, while independently managing priorities and work flow to help maintain and grow our customer base.
The Role You Will Have
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to drive revenue and market share growth through contract renewals and upsells
- Collaborate with business leaders, sales, and marketing to create, articulate, and evolve compelling brand value propositions
- Work closely with partners to maintain brand loyalty and identify new product offerings to help further strengthen partnerships
- Meet or exceed quarterly renewal/upsell targets
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Travel to trade shows, conferences, and client offices for networking and partnership meetings
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience with a strong track record of executive team collaboration in setting and achieving account growth goals ideally in the SaaS/mapping/navigation space
- Ability to develop strong relationships with partners (primary interface with CIO’s, web site developers, etc.)
- Unyielding tenaciousness — you do not take ‘no’ for an answer
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Collaborative/Team Player
- Understanding of APIs, SDKs and other technical products is a plus
