Account Manager – Beverage

Sweet&Chilli specialize in brand marketing & strategy, beverage consultancy, studio content & event services.

In this role, your time will be spent between 5 key functions:
· Managing all incoming briefs for various beverage projects
· Drive & convert business development for both new & existing clients, in line with S&C’s growth strategy
· Ownership of key client relationships & building positive rapport
· Responsible for revenue & profitability targets being achieved on all projects
· Management of creative resources while applying your own skill set to various projects Day-to-Day
· Manage project budgets from quote to invoice with a P&L
· Lead incoming email & phone requests for new event business
· Ensure all budget trackers are up to date for internal reporting daily
· Find cost efficiencies across projects where available
· Create strategic & creative beverage campaigns for various beverage brands with S&C resources
· Many project timelines effectively, communicating both internally & externally
· Build excellent vendor/resource relationships while regularly building & updating databases
· Build & maintain excellent client relationships at all levels
· Support the wider Sweet&Chilli team in planning, testing, implementation, and evaluation of client brands & new business opportunities
· Upkeep of all S&C digital platforms
– Foodstorm, Harvest, pipeline, slack & calendar
· Support S&C’s social media/marketing strategy when required
· Efficiently managing all expenses both personal PEX & ops expenses
· Contributing new ideas & concepts to pitch to new clients
· Support an internal communications plan to the wider agency from a US lens Personal Competencies
· Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote, G drive, Dropbox, external online platforms)
· Efficient management of your time, including managing a shared calendar with Directors.

· Proficient reporting skills & management of reporting scenarios
· Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage several projects at once
· Extremely sociable and strong drive to lift those around you to get the best work ethos from surrounding individuals
· Strong email communications with both client & S&C internally, ensuring responses are met promptly
