Every member of our team is highly valued and considered part of the core Arcane Marketing team, right from day 1 We would love to consider you as a candidate to join our teamCompany Core Values: Vision/InnovationGrit/HustleDo what you say/CommunicationBuilding the greater goodEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Above all, develop and maintain close relationships with clients.Research and develop strategies to execute for clients to help them reach their business goalsCoordinate and delegate tasks to our marketing technicians and other third parties for the execution of client marketing strategies.Ensure that all tasks related to the client’s marketing campaign are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget, and according to the client’s expectations.Collect data and report completed tasks, analytics, and other statistics to clients at the end of the monthly billable period for clients.Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the performance and progress of the client’s marketing campaign.Manage changes to the scope of the client’s marketing campaign, schedule, budget, and client expectations.Create and maintain comprehensive marketing campaign documentation inside Arcane Marketing’s project management system (Monday.com).Meet with clients frequently to review the tasks and “to do” list items for the client’s marketing campaign.Track the client’s marketing campaign performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Use and continually develop leadership, communication, and time management skills.Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyJob Requirements:Proven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft OfficeAccount Manager top skills & proficiencies:Project managementTime management using software toolsHolding internal team members and clients accountable for task completion.ManagementPlanningPerformance managementVerbal and written communicationAdditional Helpful Experience:Knowledge of website design and developmentKnowledge of digital marketing tactics/services such as Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads, social media ads, video production, and copywriting, Additional Helpful Skills (these hold a lot of value to us):Arcane Marketing wants you to grow as an individual and improve over time.
