Account Manager

 

FaZe Clan is the world’s premiere gaming lifestyle company at the intersection of gaming, apparel, eSports, and music. We are seeking an Assistant Controller to help lead accounting operations and take over the close process. The Assistant Controller’s primary tasks include supporting the Controller with the supervision of accounting staff; leading the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; and reporting updates to the Controller. This role is currently remote, but the company expects an eventual return to an office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Role Scenarios Account Manager, you will exercise your project management skills and work closely with the wider sales team to build, develop and nurture relationships with our current and future clients; establishing expectations, communicating known issues, evaluating performance, improving education, and driving repeat business
  • What Will You Do? Act as a principal liaison between the client, talent management, and other internal teams
  • Support clients throughout the post-sale process by actively participating in client meetings, establishing and maintaining expectations, and guiding clients through creation and execution of projects
  • Articulate FaZe Clan’s ‘best practices’ to clients and guide them through the education process
  • Work closely with Talent & Production teams to manage the campaign implementation process. Interpret, articulate and formulate client analysis and success stories in QBRs and post-campaign recaps
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
