Job Description
Our team is looking for a well-rounded strategic marketing leader with experience across multiple digital marketing channels. The account manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, working as a Project Leader for our service team, and ultimately driving new business for Titan Growth.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, & Paid Social while constantly seeking to learn new ways to service our various clients? needs. This individual will best serve the client by understanding their competitors, key drivers, and environment while also developing and strengthening relationships with agency partners. Presentation skills are crucial to connect the dots and inspire key stakeholders with the big picture opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage dedicated accounts for Titan Growth and serve as the primary POC.
- Build trust and evolve client relationships at all levels while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Oversee multiple projects at the same time while keeping our service teams as stress-free as possible.
- Manage client expectations and objections while maintaining a high retention rate.
- Lead client strategy meetings and contribute to discussions highlighting campaigns, results, expectations, issues, and reports.
- 80/20 time spent between bringing in new business and managing existing client relationships.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years? experience managing accounts/clients in a digital marketing space (preferably at an agency).
- Deep understanding of organic search (SEO) and Paid Search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads). Knowledge of Paid Social and Email Outreach a plus.
- Proven ability to act as a consultant and the face of the agency to Director and C-Level executives.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field.
