As an Account Manager, you will seek out, develop, and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners in your market territory.
You will be responsible for both acquiring new hotels and managing ongoing existing relationships, ensuring that they are getting the most out of our program.

Responsibilities
Build and expand the portfolio of hotels in your territory, establishing and cultivating strong relationships from new lead to active partner Actively engage and communicate with hotels on a consistent basis and effectively reach targets based on KPI metrics Identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance of hotel partners, educate them on best practices, provide data insights, and upsell product offerings to our full suite of features Provide exceptional and immediately responsive support to all partner requests Assist with onboarding new hotels through communications, setting up their account, and building their page on ResortPass Develop content and materials for onboarding and training Conduct demos and webinars of our product and features Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with the ResortPass product and all developing technology in the pipeline Collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on a daily basis
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years relevant experience in the hospitality and travel industry (OTA preferred) Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce Experience at a startup a plus Ability to be proactive and an appetite for working with fast changing, innovative technology in a fast-paced environment Energetic and passionate about closing deals, deepening customer relationships, and fostering trust from partners.
Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-performing team Creative problem-solving skills An entrepreneurial spirit with project management skills Tech saavy with an ability to learn any online system or software
