Responsibilities
Source and acquire new vendors (category development to improve sales and acquire new vendors) through market research, trade shows, new seller meetings, NVA follow-up report
Provide total account management; manage and maintain good relationship with sellers, sell corporate programs
Analyze information (seller KPI, statistical data) and make information-based recommendations
Manage vendor’s accounts, be accountable for seller’s performance, including but not limited, seller’s sales development on our platforms, order fulfillment processing, void order rate, seller’s rating, and content quality overall.
Work within a sales environment that includes but not limited to quotas, weekly and daily reporting, analyzing data, utilizing sales tools, and effectively adapting to change.
Deals courteously with new vendors and maintains a high level of professionalism
Ability to learn and discover new sales strategies
Create an action plans to meet the company’s goals and standards.

.Requirements:
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in related field
Minimum 1-3 years of eCommerce experience in B2C and B2B sales
Chinese (Mandarin) , Spanish, or Korean bilingual
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset, detail oriented
Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively as a team
Demonstrated experience with working in a sales environment (Inbound and Outbound Sales)
Exceptional email and telephone communication skills necessary

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in LA Fashion District
Understanding e-Commerce fashion market
Proficient in MS Office and Google Analytics
