ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency and Specialty Services) Los Angeles: Client Care Manager

In this role, you will focus on the cultivation of relationships with our clients and referring veterinarians as the primary point of contact through which all client care questions, comments, concerns can be handled.

The Client Care Manager role is a two-person job.

We are in search of a second manager to support our growing team.Pay Range: $60,000 70,000/year commensurate with experienceDuties and Responsibilities:Oversee the individuals working within the Client Care department ensure their work product is excellentReceive, review, and resolve problems or concerns brought up regarding the performance of the front desk staffAs needed, perform employee counseling, reprimands, or give accolades.

Provide guidance and direction to Client Care Team Members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performanceReview the shift summaries from each day to make adjustments to processes to improve system and operational flowInterview any appropriate applicants and review applicants while they are performing working interviewsCreate Client Care employee schedules that align with doctor, team, and hospital needs while monitoring overtime and payroll costsConduct all regular Client Care meetings verifying that all action items from each meeting are handled before eliminating them from the list of Items to CompleteMotivate and inspire the front desk staff to provide high quality care to the patients and clients of ACCESS, while working to ensure that actions support the hospital, doctors, and the hospital principles of Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and ServiceProvide any support to ACCESS administration as needed for the benefit of the hospitalQualifications: The Client Care Manager should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service & 2 years of supervisory experience in some capacity.

At least 1 year of veterinary experience is required.
