The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will focus on planning and executing the launch and day-to-day brand management of Aadi Bioscience’s lead asset, FYARRO.
Responsibilities include the development and implementation of plans related to the strategic and tactical aspects of the brand across customer groups (e.G., HCPs, patients).
The Senior Marketing Manager will contribute and continuously develop essential marketing capabilities (e.G., brand positioning, content development, digital development, channel optimization) and business acumen (healthcare ecosystem marketing and customer knowledge) that enable the development and execution of product value propositions.
This role works closely with cross-functional partners and external agencies.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONSDevelop, and execute key marketing tactics across multiple platforms to drive prescribing brand awareness and differentiation and positive customer experience.
These activities may span several customer types and will require working knowledge across different types of marketing (e.G., key customers, multi-channel access, patients)Responsible for optimizing marketing materials, including branding, messaging, and channel mix for target customersResponsible for creating new marketing materials when necessary to address customer needsResponsible for the day-to-day brand management of the Company’s lead assetLeverage market research insights and clinical data to create effective marketing messages, materials, initiatives, and programsPrioritize and create personal messages and resources for field-based channels in coordination with non-personal messages and resources; partner with field teams to ensure effective and successful tactical roll-out and pull-throughManage external agencies, consultants, and vendors to deliver impactful marketing programs aligned to strategic objectivesDrive internal stakeholder alignment on projects and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teamsPartner with the Promotional Review Committee (PRC), including Legal and Regulatory, to ensure development, approval, and pull-through of compliant and effective promotional tacticsManages Congresses and Professional Society relationships and coordinates meeting presence and activitiesWorks autonomously to make decisions and act, in close alignment with product value proposition, customer positioning, and brand prioritiesBachelors of Arts or Bachelor of Science required; MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing and 6 years cumulative experience across key commercial functions (e.G., marketing, market research, sales, commercial operations) in the pharmaceutical or biotech industryOncology/hematology therapeutic area experience preferredExperience developing and executing HCP and patient marketing strategies and campaigns, and proven ability to deliver on objectives, forecasts, and key performance indicatorsHigh analytical capabilities to effectively interpret and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to develop, track, and act on performance metrics and market insightsStrong agency management experienceStrong track record of project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritizeExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and ability to identify, develop and maximize working relationships with functional partners to gain alignment on customer needs and optimize customer and business outcomesDemonstrates flexibility and embraces change in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment and takes the initiative and ownership to deliver resultsA motivated and mission-driven individual who strives for impact believes in continuous improvement and embraces innovative ideas in daily workOTHER REQUIREMENTSThis role can be a work-from-home position with travel to Los Angeles as needed or performed at Company’s location in Pacific Palisades, CAPrimary business hours are Pacific Standard Time Working hoursWillingness to travel up to 30%
