This is a senior position within information technology.
The Principal Program Manager provides oversight of all technical operations between Pandoblox and the client.
In addition, the role advises the client on IT improvement opportunities.ResponsibilitiesClient Facing role includes:Provide oversight for the entire contractAct as a bridge with Pandoblox, your internal IT team, and/or company executivesProvide the following services on-demand:Counseling on existing applications, infrastructure, budget, risks, and utilizationAligning IT with the business to make IT a technology “enabler”Analysis of current state and long-term strategy to assist in planning for optimized IT operationsOrganizational Change Management guidanceStrategy & Road-mappingDesign & ArchitectureAssist in IT project prioritizationIT vendor guidanceIT maturity assessmentInternal Pandoblox responsibilities:Review trending issues for clients and work with the technical team to plan and implement resolutionsReview client goals and develop roadmaps with client stakeholders to achieve themReview client tools and processes for improvements to streamline customer success activities and servicesServe as a technical point of escalation for given areas of subject matter expertise (networking, virtualization, Windows Server, Cloud etc.)Qualifications10 years of progressive work with at least 3 years of technical leadership experienceBachelor’s degree required in IT or related field and a master’s degree preferredExperience and strong knowledge in On-Prem and Cloud Networking, Systems, Storage and IT SecurityAdept in Master Data Management, Data Analytics, and/or Data Warehousing Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational, complex enterprise programs or projects utilizing internal and vendor resourcesExperience in effectively interacting with executives and senior leadersStrong business acumenExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skillsComfortable presenting and communicating across all levels of the organization in an effective, situationally appropriate, clear, and high-quality mannerCapable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct reporting teamsAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organizationAbility to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environmentsAbility to excel in an ambiguous environment, orchestrating strategic and complex business activityAbility to work independently and deliver results with little supervision; ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projectsAuthorized to work in the USAPreferably residing in South CaliforniaThis is 90% remote position, the 10% is the rare instance that the role needs to be onsite with the client.Powered by JazzHRSPmU7Q1xO2
