24 Hour Home Care: Staffing Manager

We are hiring for a Staffing Manager on our Senior Care, Operations team based out of El Segundo office (HQ).

We are currently 100% remote and will return to work in April utilizing a hybrid schedule.

Hybrid schedules are still to be determined.As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling Client and Caregiver schedules and overseeing service quality by upkeeping relationships.

As the liaison between Clients and Caregivers, the Staffing Manager must ensure that the office has a sufficient roster of qualified caregivers who meet the needs of their clients.

The Staffing Manager must also be able to analyze the roster and provide solutions in support of the hiring/recruiting team and people operations to ensure all clients have the best possible caregiver matched for their care.

The Staffing Manager must be hyper-organized, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

The Staffing Manager reports directly to the Manager of Operations, while responding directly to the Client and Caregiver needs as it pertains to fulfilling their shifts.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the fulfillment of Client schedules by matching their specific needs to active caregivers on your roster utilizing staffing management software for assignments, tasks, and documentationEnsure 24 Hour Home Care clients are happy and loyal with serviceEnsure Caregivers see 24 Hour Home Care as their home care employer of choice, including acting as a supervisory role and providing Caregivers with constant coaching and feedback so they can continue to provide the best care to 24 Hour Home Care clientsWorking collaboratively with team members from other departments to triage escalations and strategyBuilding meaningful relationships with Clients and CaregiversMonitor and drive department KPIs to achieve office-specific goalsConduct Caregiver Annual EvaluationsPerformance ReviewsInnovating how the Operations team can operate most efficiently on an ongoing basis, including supporting development of standard operation procedures for service fulfillmentTO SUCCEED AS A STAFFING MANAGER, YOU NEED:The ability to fulfill all daily open shifts including new client referrals with urgent startsAbility to clearly illustrate the territory recruiting trends and provide solutions as it pertains to ensuring clients are not left without a caregiverAbility to prioritize competing priorities with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a high-volume fulfillment environment a mustExperience in service-oriented and logistics roles with a focus on meeting Client needsProven history of active listening and follow-through on promised actionsAn appreciation for details that helps you navigate daily responsibilities, including resolving issues, continuous improvement, and order managementExcel in driving performance and someone who is hungry to grow the businessFriendly, clear, and professional phone and email etiquetteExcellent interpersonal skills as you work across departments QUALIFICATIONS:1-4 years account management experienceStaffing, logistics, and fulfillment operations experienceThis role does not have any direct reports but is expected to deliver coaching, feedback, and corrective action to caregivers wherever appropriateCustomer Service experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)Proven history of meeting goals, on a consistent basisWorking knowledge of supply and demand in the home care industryExposure to territory research, analysis, and strategyParticipate in cross-training and continuous skill development and sharing of best staffing practices cross-departmentally
