Based out of our Support Center Office in El Segundo, CA, this role will help 24 Hour Home Care build digital journeys, media buys and messaging all in support of revenue goals.
We are looking for a curious, data-driven, performance marketer who has experience with building multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Support with the strategy of lead acquisition with an eye on driving measurable results across B2B and B2C segmentsPartner regularly with the sales and intake teams based on geographic location, to help define and understand customer target segments and lead planning for campaigns and tacticsPartner regularly with Talent Acquisition team to drive growth and recruitment marketing on PPC for caregiver applicantsBuild and manage geo-targeted marketing campaigns across various geographic locations to support local business lead generation and conversion ratesLeverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks and workflowsMonitor competitors and provide strategic recommendations to ensure receiving a maximum market shareMeasure, analyze, and create/develop reports on campaign performanceWork and manage external vendors such as PPC/SEO Agency, Web Developers, Creative Designers, and advertising platforms to support with leading paid media acquisition strategy.
From planning to execution, while focusing on upper-funnel metrics like Traffic Reach, Cost per Lead, Marketing to Sales lead conversionsContinuously evaluate our tools and channel stack.
Make recommendations for how we can augment them to increase efficiency, insight, and performancePartner with marketing and IT teams to develop and optimize website supporting goals of driving awareness and operational efficienciesQUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years’ experience in paid media management, or campaign management with a primary focus on ROI/revenue-based goals.
Data-driven with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills that enable you to show your impact on the bottom line of the businessExperience demonstrating results and delivery in digital acquisition marketing and integrated experience deliveryPrior experience building campaigns and maintaining lead data integrity of CRM with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and SalesforceCMS Management Experience is a plus, specifically in WordPressPrior experience managing external vendorsExperience with growing distribution and scale across all channels, not just owned channels.
Skilled in content development supported by SEO optimization and PPC strategyExcellent storyteller using data and the ability to direct outcomes based on dataStrong MS Excel experience required.
