We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours THE OPPORTUNITY As the B2B Engagement Strategy Intern, you will lead a project that helps to advance the business-to-business (B2B) customer engagement strategy for one or more of our most valuable digital media products .

In this role, you will use data-driven insights to develop strategic plans that improve product adoption, customer retention and growth .

The successful candidate will have experience working on initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Identify B2B engagement opportunities for key products to drive product adoption, customer retention, and account expansion at scale Apply a data-driven approach to turn insights into strategies and actionable plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product management, marketing, customer success, etc .

Coordinate execution of engagement programs with partner teams across all potential touchpoints including in-product, email, web, in-person, etc.

Present proposals, plans and results to senior leaders WHAT YOU ’LL NEED TO SUCCEED MBA degree and 2 years of relevant work experience Critical thinking, customer empathy, and outstanding analytical skills to quickly turn data into meaningful insights that inform strategy Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency Ability to take initiative on new projects and drive complex, ambiguous issues to resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with credibility and confidence Experience driving successful engagement of business customers at scale for a mid to large sized software company a plus
