This position will provide direct supervision to warehouse day workers.In coordination with human resources, recruit, train and manage warehouse staff, including by providing recommendations regarding recruitment, hiring, termination, and discipline.Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition and disciplinary action, with the assistance of human resources, as necessary.Oversee, manage and/or perform the following warehouse duties:Receiving product Replenishment of pick line and flow racks Rotation of backstock Loading trucks Picking orders Monitors breakage daily, following the company procedure for putting breakage into the breakage repair area and repaired breakage back into the saleable inventoryMonitors breakage area and warehouse to ensure leaking product is properly accounted for and properly disposed.
