You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all parties have correct information and resources required to meet customer expectations and project needs.
Must be a strong verbal and written communicator, detail-oriented, extremely organized and the ability to have a clear understanding of the creative process as it pertains to packaging development and production.
This position reports to the Director of Account Management.ResponsibilitiesProvide support where needed to ensure project hits all crucial milestones Process client Purchase Orders and track through delivery Work closely with internal cross functional teams Design, Operations and Accounting both domestic and internationally Build and maintain project timelines Communicate project issues to management timely with active contribution of mitigation opportunities and solutions Ability to understand client and project needs to ensure project milestones and expectations are met Collaborate with the design team to bring insights from clients and the industry to develop premium offerings with required functionality, regulations, and design esthetic to meet client expectationsQualifications and Skills3 years project management experience preferredMust have solid work ethic, creative thought process, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-starter mentalityStrong Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAptitude to solve problemsA positive, outgoing, do whatever it takes attitudeHighly organized and detail orientedAbility to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-driven and a great team playerPackaging, printing, manufacturing, or other packaging industry experience requiredVape hardware and general knowledge of the cannabis industry a plus Physical RequirementsWork is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.This is an in-office positionSome travel required (client visits, team meetings or sales trainings etc.)BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision are provided.A 401K plan is offered.
