Job Description
You will assist the company to coordinate the handoff up to twenty five (25) passengers arriving on an international flight to their respective driver.
Manage the assignment to ensure a smooth process.
· A daily assignment each for up to 2 hours per day starting between 1:45pm and 2:30pm ; 3 days per week
– Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays
· Receive guest and chauffeur list and confirm receipt.
· Arrive at airport approximately when the flight arrives.
· Make contact with each driver, or report to office if unable to reach a driver or driver doesn’t check in
· Greet guest as they exit into the arrival hall and direct guest to chauffeur.
· When all passengers are accounted for, agent can dismiss.
· You will be required to make a quick decision when an assigned driver is not available but passenger has presented themself.
· May need to communicate with office to resolve issues
· Provide feedback on extraordinary situations, or behavior by guests / chauffeurs (both positive and constructive)
Additional skills desirable but not required at hiring:
· Knowledge of airport operations and practices
· Familiarity with technology as a tool
Required:
· At least two years of general administrative employment experience
· Excellent language skills
· Detail oriented and ability to work independently
· Ideal for someone who needs an extra income
Job is part-time: up to 6 hours per week
