Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: Supports and promotes an environment of Customer Service.Maintains records of receipts and petty cash as needed for patient transport.Assists Maintenance Department and/or Clinical Department as needed when not involved in patient transport.Coordinates (transports) patient pick up as requested through operating platforms.Coordinates (transports) patient drop off to home, airport / Sober living, etc.
as needed.Transports patients to appointments as requested by Transportation/ Admission team.Updates operating platforms at time of patient arrival.Responsible for scheduling regular cleaning of all vehicles.Schedules maintenance and repairs of vehicles as needed.Maintains and develops reports as requested by Director of Patient Services.Maintains compliance with AAC policies and procedures compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications: Education/Experience:High school graduate or equivalent.Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office/programs.Ability to shift priorities to meet departmental needs.Ability to plan and utilize time and resources effectively.Ability to maintain communication and professionalism in conflictive situationsPhysical RequirementsAAC is committed to principles of equal opportunities for all employees.
