Shuttle Driver

Description To deliver the company’s standards of service by transporting passengers to their final destination through the proper and safe operation of a company-approved shuttle bus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift.

Perform vehicle inspections, including maintaining a clean bus and fueling as needed.

Completing both pre and post shift paperwork including inspection and maintenance review.

Assist customers in and out of the shuttle bus, including helping them with their luggage and/or personal items.

Assist with the maintenance and appearance of shuttle bus and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to direct supervisor.

Safely transport customers to the company approved destination.

Safely operate shuttle motor vehicle in high traffic urban setting.

Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.

HSPD-12 Clearance a plus Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s Maintenance Checklists.

Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications High School degree required.

One year related experience.

Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.

Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
