About the RoleYou will join DoorDash’s growing Dasher (driver) Growth team to hit our lofty acquisition and conversion goals, both at the market-level, and at the global company-level. You will support product testing, running insight studies, diagnosing outages, and improving systems to manage the Dasher onboarding product.You will have experience using data, and experience building user onboarding systems through product and operations. You are both experienced in and excited about testing and developing outstanding products. You think creatively, and and enjoy working with colleagues at all levels, from C-level execs to associates.You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…* Organize product launches, releases, and beta programs together with product, product marketing, support, customer enablement, and internal enablement, among others.* Analyze performance for product testing and aggregate user insights to inform product roadmap.* Develop the processes used to release new products.* Oversee product release readiness, ensuring Dasher-facing teams have the necessary resources and information to support the rollout.* Work collaboratively to resolve any daily product issues.* Build processes to identify trend breaks in onboarding conversion performance metrics.We’re excited about you because…You have:* 2+ years of product operations, product management, or program management, with at least 1 year in a product operations role in a software company* Experience implementing testing frameworks then developing scalable processes tied to our goals* Data synthesis experience and balance quantitative measurement.
