Senior Associate, Driver Growth Applicant Incentives

About the RoleYou will join DoorDash’s growing Dasher (driver) Growth team to hit our lofty acquisition and conversion goals, both at the market-level, and at the global company-level. Reporting into our Senior Manager of Driver Growth Marketing, you will support applicant incentive testing, user insight studies, and establish systems to grow Dasher applicant incentives, globally.You have experience using data and experience with a/b statistical testing, and the ability to evolve complex information into a clear strategy. You think creatively, and and enjoy working with colleagues at all levels, from C-level execs to associates.You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…* Build the testing roadmap for applicant incentives together with product marketing, CRM, support, and Dasher operations teams.* Analyze performance for incentive testing and aggregate user insights to inform product roadmap.* Maintain the primary processes used to deploy new incentives.* Partner with CRM, growth marketing, product, and data science teams to automate the forecasting and execution of market-specific incentives.* Ensure Dasher-facing teams have the necessary resources and information to support the rollout of new incentive types.* Resolve any daily incentive issues.We’re excited about you because…You have:* 2+ years of analytics, or program management experience, with at least 1 year in an operational role in a software company* Experience implementing testing frameworks then developing scalable processes tied to our goals* Data manipulation experience with Excel (can perform complex functions).
