A key differentiator of this innovative delivery service is their own fully integrated POS and GPS delivery platform (“iii tech” like Stiiizy) in which they have created themselves!POSITION:Delivery Driver & Customer Service Agents @ BLAZE are client facing and will betasked to make cannabis deliveries throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitanarea. They will work in close proximity with the distribution team.RESPONSIBILITIES: Key responsibilities include loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients in asafe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that ordersare complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Accepting payments fordelivered items. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, andhandling complaints from clients. Adhering to assigned routes and following timeschedules.
