Parsec, Inc. is hiring Local Class A, B & C Hostler Yard Drivers out of: Commerce, CA, Austell, GA & Elwood, IL In today s competitive and fast-paced world of intermodal rail transportation, Parsec has emerged as the leading provider of contracted terminal management services. Hostler Drivers perform a variety of driving tasks. – Including hauling containers from the rail track to other areas of the intermodal yard for outside driver pickup, moving chassis, and moving containers about the intermodal yard in a safe and efficient manner. – All newly-hired employees for the Driver position will also train at the Groundman position. – Groundman are responsible for directing crane operators who are loading and unloading cargo containers from railcars, and preparing railcars for loading and unloading by removing and installing IBC locks.
