Seeking a team oriented individual to assist with the following deliverables in this fun working environment: Process billing daily (drayage, linehaul, pre-pull, stop off, yard storage, bobtail, dry run, detention, chassis rental, transload, warehouse storage and pier pass) Communicate with several internal departments to acquire and consolidate drayage invoicing with 3PL / Distribution Services into a single customer invoice Sort and scan driver paperwork, ensuring that documents are attached to invoices Process accurate and timely invoices Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and develop relationships AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
