– Arverne is offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in a career in Access-A-Ride About the Program:The eligible candidate will be hired as an employee and compensated while in attendance of our CDL prep course.
The Academy is a 3 day course to provide the necessary information and training to qualify the employee to take the NYS CDL test.
Upon successful completion of the class and passing the exam, the employee will begin their new hire orientation and complete a road test.
Once the road test is completed, the employee will be assigned their full-time or part-time shifts in their desired location.
We’re hiring Access-A-Ride Drivers that will respond to requests for transportation needs and deliver high-quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.
