Please continue!A Security Patrol Driver contributes to AHF’s mission by assessing and controlling daily flow within the Housing and AHF medical facilities and retail operations. Adhering to the Policy and Procedures within AHF manuals and guidelines and in close contact with the Security Lead as well as Director of Global Security and Healthy Housing Regional Manager. Will be required to walk Properties and observe for any irregularities that may need to be reported.Duties required but not limited to:Patrols assigned site when on foot; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.Controls access to AHF site or facility through the admittance process.Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.Prepares logs and reports as required.Have open availability to work additional hours if needed.Undertake any other duties / special assignments specific to the needs of the client (AHF/HHF/OTC/Carl Bean) program.We at AIDS Healthcare Foundation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
