Job Description Position: Delivery Driver Reports to Compliance Officer/GM Essential Functions Work with distribution on fulfilling orders Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a timely manner Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and customers are satisfied Accept payments for delivered items Pick up items from other facilities Providing excellent customer service answering questions and handling complaints, feedback to company Retrieve and review internal and METRC manifest to make sure they match Complete the required paperwork for all transfers/sales as mandated Load the van while verifying that what is being loaded is on both the internal and METRC manifests Following and adhering to routes entered in METRC and arriving in a timely manner Education and Experience 1 – 3 years experience in delivery, highly desirable 1 – 3 years customer satisfaction support, highly desirable MS/ios computer literacy Physical Requirements Repetitive walking, standing, bending, stooping as required Prolonged sitting Lifting up to 20lbs intermittently Lifting up to 45lbs occasionally Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
