Truck Driver Requirements:

  • Owner ops must have 3 months OTR
  • 3 months if bringing their own truck / Leasing company requires something different
  • Truck year cannot be older than 1999 due to inability of installing ELD devices
  • No wheelbase requirement
  • Pass our DOT inspection
  • No fifth wheel requirement
  • Weight with 100 gallons of fuel 48,000 lbs. according to contract, Otherwise the owner may need to turn down some loads due to being unable to pull that heavy of a load.
  • If you own your truck we must have a copy of the Title (Front & Back), know how much they paid for the truck, FHUT (2290), Also articles of organization or LLC if applicable
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Class A CDL

SMALL FLEET OWNERS

Earn $1.18-$1.26 per mile based on your fleet size

Transition bonus: $5,000 per seated truck

Finance and Pay Items:

  • Competitive pay package including fuel surcharge reimbursement on loaded miles
  • Detention, layover and accessorial pay
  • Productivity Bonus- 11K or more miles a month qualifies an additional .03 on all miles ran for a solo
  • Productivity Bonus-18K or more miles a month qualified an additional .08 on all miles ran for a team (40% of IC teams are currently achieving, 35% of all IC solos currently receive)
  • CFI pays all tolls, escort fees, scales, any other fees needed for loads as they arise
  • Provides toll device with weigh station bypass along with all permit items needed
  • Shared cost with CFI on base plates
  • Parking Reimbursement when in a loaded status
  • Fuel Surcharge Reimbursement on loaded miles
  • Trucker Tax Service and Accounting (ATBS) – $22.99 per week
