Job Description The Delivery Driver is accountable for the delivery of products to assigned locations in an effective and timely manner.
Provides an excellent customer service observing a professional etiquette.
Handles product safely Places product in designated storage area safely.
Prepares and loads the delivery truck.
Unload and safely place product in customer’s homes.
Comply with all store policies and procedures Removes all packaging materials from the location Communicates and documents customer’s concerns to Warehouse Support Communicates credit, damage and essential information to Customer Service Department.
Complete shipping/ receiving paperwork if necessary Maintains clean and organized warehouse area Maintains a clean and orderly work area including company truck Maintains a professional image Ensures that the vehicle unit receives timely vehicle inspection, routine maintenance and fueling of vehicle.
