If you’re interested in a rewarding career working with?the?industry’s best and most innovative engineers, then Jacobs is where you belong.We are looking for a?dedicated?Land Surveyor to grow with our collaborative team and work on a variety of land development projects.Based in the LA area, you’ll have the opportunity to?work on a field crew to generate and edit Digital Terrain Models (DTM); collect GPS and conventional data processing; write property descriptions; perform record searches, title commitments, and record document review; and other duties as required.You’ll grow your surveying career as you achieve?project goals, comprehend scopes of work and expectations of clients.Most importantly, you’ll?take action?to ensure the safety, health and well-being of yourself and your team.

**Here’s What You’ll Need:**Surveying experienceFamiliarity with and ability to accomplish advanced technical surveying tasks**Ideally, You’ll Also Have:**Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in survey related fieldAdvanced experience as a Survey TechnicianLand Surveyor Intern (LSI)Advanced experience with laser scanning, photogrammetry, remote sensing, LiDAR, CAD, GIS, subsurface utilities, or ROW acquisitionProficiency with Trimble Business Center, Microstation and Civil 3DJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
