Teacher
We are a growing after school education center based in Arcadia, CA, with several openings for the following position.
Part time Math and/or English tutor for students in K-8.
Hours: Mondays through Fridays 3:15-6:15, Saturdays 2:30-5:30. Pick and choose your shifts or come every day.
Requirements:
Willingness to work with children and teach with positivity, kindness, and creativity
Ability to teach up to Algebra I (Math tutors). Knowledge of higher level math a plus
Ability to teach grammar, reading and writing skills (English tutors)
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with co-workers and staff
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks in an organized fashion with attention to detail
