We’re hiring PART-TIME (YEAR-ROUND) SWIM INSTRUCTORS!LOVE TO SWIM?? Change kids’ lives forever with this amazing part-time job!!Are you passionate about working with kids? Four-Time Olympic Gold Medalist Lenny Krayzelburg is looking for you to help teach children of all ages a life-saving skill. Our year-round Academy offers lessons to swimmers of all ages – some starting as young as a few weeks old. One of our core company values is to teach and inspire the lifelong gift of water safety, and we need your help spreading the message!We can train ANYONE who is willing to learn more about how to successfully work with swimmers of all ages in the water. We are looking for reliable, responsible individuals with high energy and enthusiasm. Previous teaching experience and a swimming background are not necessary; however, the ability to connect with children is a MUST. We offer consistent, long-term, part-time employment. After training, you would start teaching about 15-20 hours per week.THIS IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME AND ALSO MAKE A LIFELONG IMPACT ON YOUNG LIVES IN YOUR COMMUNITY!Hours are generally weekday afternoons 3pm – 7pm and weekends from 9am – 2pm. Commitment to at least one consistent weekend day is required. Shifts can be set up to fit your needs but once established, they do not change.We use an innovative teaching style called the SwimRight Method. Successful applicants will be required to complete approximately 40 hours of training in this Method at our indoor pool located at deToledo High School in West Hills.The pay rate is $20-25/hr after the 40-hour training and comes with opportunities for future bonuses and raises based on performance.CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 60 days; Lifeguard certification is beneficial as more hours may be available for a qualified guard
