Villa Esperanza Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities for over 50 years!

About us: Villa’s school offers an educational program serving students from 5-22 years old (elementary, middle and high school classes) who have special needs associated with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

On-going staff development to incorporate current educational and behavioral teaching strategies.
Teaching communication as the cornerstone for educational and social growth.

Requirements:
If a student, candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with CBEST and be currently enrolled in a teacher credentialing program.

OR
If credentialed, candidate must be fully California credentialed Level 2 Moderate to Severe!

Compensation: Starting at$62,500/year, DOE

*Final candidates must satisfactorily complete a fingerprinting clearance, physical & TB screenings, and submit proof of vaccination for COVID-19.

*Sign on bonus of $5,000 available for qualifying candidates!*

**Final candidates who complete this process will also be eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000 with * $500 *payable upon completion of the first 30 days of employment, *$ 500 * payable upon completion of 90 days, *$ 500 * payable upon completion of 180 days, *$ 1,000 * payable upon completion of 270 days, and the remaining *$ 2,500 * payable upon completion of 365 days of employment.

COVID-19 Considerations: This position requires the employee to work in a School campus/setting.

Due to current regulations governing Schools, all workers who provide services or work in a School must be fully vaccinated.

Therefore, the selected candidate hired for the position must submit proof of vaccination for COVID 19 prior to the first day of employment.
