Ideal candidates are outgoing, flexible, creative, and detail-oriented.Responsibilities:Teach 6 to 32.50 hours a week depending on course and program needCreate weekly lesson plans following established curricula, supplementing with authentic materials when necessaryAdminister weekly unit testsRecord weekly grades, and complete progress reports in a thorough and timely fashionDevelop and refine curricula in collaboration with the center’s Academic Affairs ManagerEmbrace and develop new ways of engaging students with technologyParticipate in weekly teacher meetings and regular training sessions..

Requirements:TESOL or equivalentPrior ESL language classroom teaching experienceExperience working with multiple technological programs and softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTact, patience, and diplomacy, particularly with non-native English speakersWell-developed customer service skillsGood problem-solving and creative thinking skillsMust be authorized to work in the United States (local candidates preferred)
