Abilitypath is hiring a Collegepath Instructor to join our Adult Services team This Program Instructor provides engaging, community-based instruction in support of high-quality participant services.Lookin for full time or part time candidatesCollegePath is an on-campus program at College of San Mateo and Skyline College.

This program supports s successful college experience for individuals with developmental disabilities who want to take integrated courses and get a college experience.

Parts of the plan we are developing include:Providing PPE for all staff including gloves and face masks.Health screening for anyone entering a AbilityPath property including checking for fever and other symptoms.Acquiring and distributing sanitation supplies such as Clorox wipes and hand for all locations and vehicles.Frequent, professional deep cleanings.Closely following state and county health official orders and ensuring our plans align.Regular testing for our staff EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and ability is qualifying, unless otherwise specified.Associate’s or Bachelor’s in relevant fieldExperience working with adults with developmental disabilitiesHIRING REQUIREMENTS:Valid California Driver’s License/IDProof of negative TB test resultsVerification of physical clearancePassing a criminal fingerprint clearance18 years of age or job permit clearanceProof of Covid-19 VaccinationPHYSICAL ACTIVITY:Accommodations made upon request to Human ResoucesAbility to physically respond to children with special needsAbility to lift at least 25 lbs.
