Successful candidates are high-energy leaders with a passion for teaching and a collaborative style that promotes integrity, empowers vision, displays flexibility and inspires creativity.Position Description: The successful candidate will be a qualified pianist who accompanies performance classes (and projects) with the ability to musically support BFA Musical Theatre students.The following job requirements represent minimum levels of education, experience and competencies/abilities needed to perform this job successfully:Candidate will be a qualified pianist with a minimum of 4 years professional experience, who accompanies performance classes (and projects) with the ability to musically support BFA Musical Theatre students.Qualified candidates must be able to sight-read, perform and transpose (at least chords) any style of music at a professional level as well as accurately play isolated melodies and accompaniment for students to record.Candidate should be well-versed in Musical Theatre and Contemporary Broadway repertoire and have experience in an educational environment.
