Position Overview:

As a National Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing wholesale mortgage sales. You will leverage our inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts to maximize your sales efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage wholesale mortgage sales.
  • Utilize inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts.
  • Discuss mortgage loan products and programs fluently over the phone.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow your business.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, customer insights, and market intelligence to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business and enhance account development.

  • Strong Sales Background: Proven track record in mortgage sales.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills: Commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Non-QM mortgage sales experience (required).

  • Typical Hours: Start at 8 AM, end at 5 PM
  • Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay, Commission Pay
