Summary

As Vice President Sales – North America, you will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and CEO to direct, implement & deliver commercial activity with retail partners to produce revenue growth.

Description

  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and CEO to direct, implement & deliver commercial activity with retail partners
  • Work with retailers to enable further partnership growth.
  • Lead an existing team of Account directors
  • Responsibilities for budget achievement; profitability metric achievement; customer development and team training & evolution
  • Support commercial efforts; additional close partnership will be required with Marketing and Education teams to ensure a bespoke plan & approach is delivered to key accounts

Profile

  • Personal hands-on experience managing North American retailers within both the Drug and Beauty channels.
  • Ability to lead key planning meetings, review meetings, promotional activity
  • Experience with promotional-financial evaluation, budget setting, and P&L control
  • Must have experience with large retailers such as Target, CVS, and Walgreens and/or some exposure to specialty retailers such as Ulta or Sephora
  • Demonstrable Sales team leadership where you have trained, developed, lead, and enhanced a team
  • The ability to adopt a straight forward, involved, engaging, and pragmatic approach
