VP Sales

Company is looking for a VP, Sales to inspire and lead the company’s team of Account Executives and drive continuous company growth. Working closely with discipline leads and the executive team, the VP of Sales is an expert in our product/service offering and is able to build strong, lasting relationships and partnerships with relevant agencies and brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the sales cycle at Company including but not limited to prospecting, connecting with and qualifying prospective agencies and brands, helping the team with responding to requests for proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and nurturing relationships to ensure happy clients and repeat business
  • Continuously track and report the team’s metrics while providing constructive and actionable feedback; Provide consistent hands-on coaching to Sales team to ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Partner closely with the Ad Ops, Talent, Brand Partnerships, Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and high quality output
  • Build upon and add to the Company’s pipeline, taking on leads yourself when appropriate and regularly allocating opportunities to your team members
  • Working with Marketing to ensure a consistent company messaging throughout the entire client life-cycle with agencies and brands
  • Use extensive product/service knowledge to enhance our offering and ensure highest quality output from entire sales team
  • Other Duties, as assigned

Who You Are

  • Strong leadership skills, able to successfully rally a team and internal stakeholders and build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect
  • Expert level understanding and successful track record with helping clients execute across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube); Deep understanding of best fit of platforms as it relates to the client’s needs (audience each desired, budget, conversion rate goals, etc)
  • Deep understanding of trends and best use on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills; able to leverage a vast network of relevant contacts
  • Strong understanding of video analytics, YouTube analytics, etc.
  • Highly skilled with Keynote, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to use tools such as Helixa, Trendpop, CreatorIQ, and RankZoo7-10 years of experience in a similar role
