media publishing agency.
They are now looking to grow their sales team with an accomplished and driven sales leader at the helm.
Responsibilities: Meet with planning, buying, and strategy teams at both the brand level and agency level Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers at all levels of agencies and brands within territory Operate as a “player/coach” to the team – build, manage, motivate, train and develop the sales team and evolve GTM strategy Generate RFP opportunities Seek out new opportunities through evangelizing the brand and offerings Create and pitch proposals Qualifications: Bachleor’s Degree or equivalent Entrepreneurial spirit Strong background of digital media sales in both large media companies as well as startup atmospheres (8+ years, at least one as a VP) Thorough understanding of the online video and social marketplace Book of client-side and agency relationships Thorough understanding of video content and production Willingness to travel as needed
