WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Sales Enablement Specialist manages the creation, legal and compliance review, approval and production of all client-facing sales content and facilitates its distribution to colleagues on the Seismic platform. This position helps ensure that all sales content is housed, organized, tagged and tracked in Seismic and reports to the Sales Enablement Analyst.

In addition, this position is responsible for aligning to the strategies of lines of business and product owners to create and update sales content to ensure it meets heightened standards requirements, is effective in use with prospects and clients and ultimately increases revenue for the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage some marketing content on Seismic platform.
  • Must have a general understanding of and familiarity with the Seismic platform.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine platform strategy and execute processes and platform improvement.
  • Proactively identify information, sales resources and best practices to drive user productivity and to optimize the Seismic user experience.
  • Helps with parallel testing, data integrity reviews, and researching issues as it relates to collateral.
  • Works with manager to ensure all sales content is reviewed, updated and approved on a regular cadence to ensure it is on brand, compliant and current.
  • Program sales content for customization.
  • Tag applicable sales content.
  • Conduct monthly reporting on sales content, including documenting usage, engagement, and other metrics to help identify gaps, items to eliminate, and opportunities
  • Use activity reporting to ensure alignment with Collateral, Marketing, Sales Campaigns and wider bank strategies.
  • Manage the creation and production of all client-facing sales content.
  • Under tight deadlines, work with business units and appropriate product owners to make updates to existing sales content.
  • Work with copywriters, outside agencies and vendors, and the CNB Studio to align sales content with established messaging architectures and design templates.
  • Manage entire review and approval process with Legal and Compliance as well as the design/layout process with CNB Studio and/or agency resources.
  • Perform regular marketing competitive analysis for continual sales content improvement.
  • Collaborate continually with segment managers and product owners to ensure marketing materials align with line of business sales strategies, goals and objectives
  • Ability to help lead the adoption of new, emerging tools, technologies and systems;
  • Elevate and cross-collaborate on marketing materials with other marketing partners to ensure consistent brand and messaging experience.
  • Ensure operational processes and best practices are followed and/or enhanced to gain efficiencies and improve team’s effectiveness.
  • Possess good understanding and awareness of industry, consumer, competitor, and technology offerings and trends.
  • Make presentations to internal departments, including the executive team, regarding market trends and necessary product adjustments. Ability to present to all levels of the organization.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must-Have*

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing related position
  • Must be proficient in Seismic, Salesforce, Workfront, or similar systems, as well as Microsoft Office with exceptional experience in PowerPoint

Skills and Knowledge

  • Exceptional project management and self-management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and be highly organized
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience working in environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to both work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must be an effective written and verbal communicator
