Let’s work together.In this highly visible role, you will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business and existing business.
Through your blend of relationship management and analytical skills, you will partner with the sales and service teams to drive a top tier customer experience with our clients (brokers) by driving an efficient RFP process.
You will act as a brand ambassador during internal and external client interactions through responsive communication and professional negotiation.What You’ll Do / Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groupsNegotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancementsAnalyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracyAdminister re-quotes and corrections Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipelineThe Team:Our field offices vary in size, but one big consistency is TEAM WORK.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredLife and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory will be required.
