Job Description Title: Territory Sales Representative
Location: California / Southwest U.S.
Reports to: U.S. Sales Manager
Job summary:
We are a PVC building products extrusion manufacturer based in Ontario that has been rapidly growing over the past five years. In an effort to meet the growing demand, we need to add an aggressive Territory Sales Representative to our team in the California / Southwest U.S. This position presents an opportunity to work independently and develop your own territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling and familiarity with the commercial construction market in the Southwest U.S.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Promote the sales of all PVC products to distributors, dealers, builders and end-users
- Maintain quality relationships with current and new customers
- Works with US Sales Manager to develop sales goals and action plans
- Grow business by effectively communicating the benefits of the products sold
- Sell throughout the sales channel from end user to distributor
Sales Requirements:
- Degree in business or related field and/or previous sales experience
- Must be a strong closer with a “can’t lose” mentality
- Computer Skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively within the construction industry
- Work independently from a home office and able to travel 50% of time in the Territory
- Experience in the building products industry is preferred
Excellent base pay + commission, car allowance, etc.
