Territory Sales Manager:Territory: Los AngelesPart time to possible Full time.*Please include resume, physical address, cover letter, references, and income requirements.*OVERVIE:The Territory Sales Manager calls on Independent and Corporate natural grocery stores. You will be selling natural and organic food products, supplements and body care products to a wide variety of retail chains both Corporate and Independent.Responsibilities and Duties:• Call on retail accounts as assigned, both existing and new.• AUDITS: Price, facing, or “no” in all boxes.*PICTURES : Take pictures of all new items and load into the monthly new item folder in the INFB internal system.• SALES WORK: Monthly visits to all stores on your designated listing of stores.-Maintain good relationships with key buyers in all stores.Write up timely turnovers for interested retailers.Send out monthly updates to Principle Lists, reset availability, new items coming into sets, and general promotional and csstk deals to all retailers.Hand out samples to back sales efforts , set-up passive samples, work with your Regional Sales Manager and Regional Admin to set-up demos and backing promotions.Keep an eye on products already in sets; ask how sales are and maintain set integrityStock new items that may be sitting in the backWork with Distributor Reps to access retailer communications and additional turnovers.• RESET WORKParticipate in resets as requested. [4AM-8AM], Show up on time and work full shift requested, Communicate issues to Team Lead at retail and with your Regional Sales Manager.• GENERAL COMMUNICATION:*Work with assigned sales manager per region on all issues.Maintain courteous communication with all retailers and clients.• Present new product introductions and samples.• Participate in trade shows/table top shows as directed by management.• Ride alongs with our vendors are required.• Maintain updated Sales Materials such as samples and sale slicks.• Communicate with Sales Manager regarding sales issues and objectives.• Respond in timely manner to all correspondences.• Be prepared to receive, store and manage product samples such as will call.EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED• This is a full-time position ideal for someone with 2-5 years natural food sales experience.• Experience in the Natural Products Industry.• Self-starter with strong sales and merchandising skills.• A high level of motivation with a strong work ethic.• Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.• Excellent communication skills through written word, verbal discussion and active listening.• Flexibility to accept a variety of fluctuating tasks.• Ability to manage time and deadlines.• Proficiency in Google Crome, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; PowerPoint.• Excellent decision-making ability.• Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, internet access, and laptop.WORK ENVIRONMENTSales position will require retail store visits as well as a working from a home office.Reliable transportation and good driving record is a must as you will be driving to each account.[80% of the time will be spent in the field.]Required education:• High school or equivalent.Required experience:• sales: 2-5 yearsRequired license or certification:• Driver’s LicenseJob Type: ContractExperience:• sales: 2 years (Required)Education:• High school or equivalent (Required)Location:• Los Angeles, CA (Required)Work authorization:• United States (Required)Start date:• Immediately (Preferred)
