Develop creative tile solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
Prepare bids.
Work collaboratively with the branch sales team to meet individual and branch sales and profitability goals.
Participate in ongoing sales presentations, grassroots marketing efforts, and related brand-building, sales-driving activities.
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Inspire trust.
Territory: The state of Maryland including Montgomery, Howard, Frederick, Prince George, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel counties.
Service: Builders, Remodelers, Residental Designers, Kitchen & Bath Showroom Retailers Compensation: Base Salary starting at 50k (depends on experience), plus commission.
Travel and entertainment expenses covered.
Must enjoy: Travel (overnights limited to 2-4 nights per month) Entertaining clients Social networking Requirements Tenacious.
