SVP of Sales, Transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Resonsble for high level strategy and implementation of bringing on top sales professionals
-Oversee and lead on robust/aggressive growth strategy
-Proactively identifying prolems and implementing effective solutions
-Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
-Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
-Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process
-Close, activate and retain relationships with clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor’s Degree
-Minimum of 7-10 years in Logistics and Transportation Industry, specifically in LTL
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to work both independently and within a team
-Proven success in building top performing teams
-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
